How I can Help

If HR has been on your agenda for a while but you have struggled to prioritise it, I can help.

I work with companies across a range of sectors partnering with CEOs and MDs to support across all aspects of HR. I provide a range of HR solutions suited to your particular need and stage and my focus is on ensuring you have an outstanding culture and great employee engagement.

I work on both a retained and project basis and have a package to suit all needs.

I can work with you as your ‘outsourced’ Head of People. My retained packages are designed to provide you the best people support, to suit you. From Essentials to Premium, I can work with you to provide the right level of HR service for the stage you are at.


If you’re not looking for ongoing HR Support, I also work on a project basis. Projects are priced individually and can range from providing you a new employment contract or handbook, to implementing an new performance review process.


My off the shelf packages are for people who want to be able to take fully customisable documents and processes and make them their own.
