What do I do?

I provide HR support for SMEs, to enable them to grow and run successful businesses with happy, engaged and motivated staff! I work across a variety of sectors from beauty, to retail to music law and mining! But they have one thing in common - they like and respect their people.

How do I do it?

I partner with companies to ensure they have access to the right support and resources to have an engaged, productive workforce and attractive culture. I work predominately on a retained basis with clients. This allows me to be a true partner alongside businesses and their leaders. I use both my experience of HR in start ups and my extensive experience of HR in larger corporations to put in place HR interventions and people strategies that make a difference.

Who am I?

I’m Fiona, Director of Colliver Consulting Ltd, wife, mum to two small people and a fox red labrador and keen (but not experienced!) paddle boarder! I am Level A and B British Psychological Society trained and CIPD qualified.

Why do I do what I do?

I love adding value and being a trusted adviser. I also love understanding people and working out their motivators, which I do in lots of ways, including using psychometric tools such as OPQ and DISC.

How do I work with you?

By working alongside you and being at the end of the phone or email when you need me.
